My computer had this problem where it would consistently shut off not allow me to use it. I brought in my pc to tech trekkers and Ray was extremely nice, he walked me through the process and told me what they were going to do. He ran the free diagnostic for 5-6 hours and found that there was actually no problem at all with my computer. He gave me a couple suggestions on what to do and my computer hasn't hiccuped since. Ray is an extremely nice person who keeps it real with his communication, doesn't sugarcoat anything or find fake problems to fix. He was transparent and I highly recommend tach trekkers to people looking for fixing their pc issues.

I am so happy I reached out to Tech Trekkers. Ray has been in contact with me since day 1, making sure I am informed AND updated every step of the way. What I really appreciated was that Ray came out RIGHT AWAY as soon as I reached out to help with my issue. He made it a priority! This is my first Yelp review because I am so impressed by the Tech Trekkers team's service! I am a local business here in Anaheim. We have 12 workstations, and and we needed to fix some strange Windows networking issues that is preventing us from migrating to a new server. The owner, Ray, answered my call on a Sunday, and sent someone over on Monday.
They quickly fixed the issues, migrated QuickBooks over to the new server, networked 6 other computers to the new server, and gave us suggestions on how to upgrade network in under 2 hours! Definitely a team that we would work with again! -James

Ray was FANTASTIC! I've found my new Computer/IT Guy. If I could give Ray 6 stars, I would. He was on time and on budget. He said he was going to pick up the laptop at 3pm and he came early. He said he was going to drop it off the next day at 10 am and he was early again, the next day. Thank you Ray!

I was shopping around to fix my desk top and out of random, I chose Ray. What a guy, I felt honesty from the beginning and took care of business like he promised and made me feel at easy dealing with the issues. Excellent experience with Tech Trekkers! Found them on Yelp and their five star reviews do not lie. I called them to assist with some wiring issues for our business POS system and they were able to come in quickly and resolved the problem. It's difficult to find reliable and honest help and they get the work done! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

Ray was an unexpected treat in this age of apathetic customer service. I dropped off my 2013 MacBook Pro and the parts necessary, and two days later (I was in no rush) I got back my machine, and it will now have a chance at several more years of service. Good value. We had an excellent experience both on line & in person with this company! I discovered Ray with a Yelp search. The initial problem was with emails & Ray kindly explained that a recent update was causing the glitch and he was right on the money. My next issue involved QuickBooks & that required a house call. Ray was available & was at my office within an hour.
Our issue was fixed within 30 minutes for a very affordable fee. He even gave us a 20% discount for being a Yelp client. We will save his contact information & definately call him when we upgrade our computers in the fall.

I am by far the least technical person. I was having issues with my desk top computer and lap top, , 7gh. I searched Yelp reviews and came across Ray from Tech Trekkers, so thankful I did. We spoke, made an appointment for the following week. Ray was on time, extremely kind, patient and explained things in a manner that I could grasp. Fixed my issues and I am beyond tthrilled!
