Do not work with this company for anything. You call them and ask for a returned call and they are not capable of doing that. Like how hard is it to pick up a phone to call someone back. Is it because they wont make any money off the commission? The receptionist is rude over the phone. She like to hang up on you when you ask to speak to someone. She does not take your time seriously.
The person who I was suppose to work with was JILL and I've only spoke to her when I went in face to face. Like what kind of business are yall trying to run. Like let's be real. If you dont have work available say that. Not dodge each time. It's really not professional.

I went through Jones Networking and I must say, they are one of the most unprofessional and unconcerned agencies I have ever encountered. Although I did come on board permanently with the company they referred me to, it was not because of any help given by them. They do not communicate with you AT ALL and don't seem to really care for those working for them. Lisa Witmer is not someone I would ever recommend to job seekers or employers. Definitely beware.

Had never gone through a recruiting company before and never again will. I contacted with Yenifer back in October while I was job searching and after sending multiple emails and applying to multiple positions have not had any luck. Slow at emailing back and it's been months. It seems like recruiters don't really care about you getting a job since they are already getting paid by the company. Don't waste your time and look for jobs yourself.

I had never gone through a job agency before and after this, I never will again. I had an interview with Madelyn Cedillos about a month ago and never heard from her again. She said she was going to submit me for jobs and let me know the status' of them. I finally email her to tell her to take my name out contention and she then informs me that I didn't get the job for the one place she submitted for me and that if I had called her she would have told me.
You told me you would be speaking with me with updates! She had a real attitude for someone who wasn't doing their job. I'm going to speak to a supervisor and then never use them again.

Jones Networking reached out to me after receiving my resume that I sent out. I was looking to make an occupation change and I was sending out resumes for different admin and/or legal assistant positions. I was contacted by Kristen Brinks, who invited me to meet with her in her office. Seeing as I had a full-time job at the time (and I still have that same job) I had to get approval to leave early to meet with her.
I met with her and did some assessment tests on the computer. After meeting with her, I felt confident that Jones would find me something that would fit the experience I demonstrated on my resume. Our intial meeting took place June 16, 2014 and as of today, I've only heard from Kristen 4 times regarding positions that I wanted to explore. Most other times, e-mails go unanswered and when I call her on the phone, I get the "Check out web site" line for job opportunities. All-in-all, I know that staffing agencies are ultimately having to go by the decision of their clients, but more transparency and better communication would be helpful.
If someone sends you an e-mail about a job posted on your website, even if they're not qualified, respond to them anyway stating that. I still check Jones' web site for positions but I have a feeling that if I find my own position or don't find a new position by June, 2015 I will sever ties with Jones and strongly recommend people avoid this agency.

I've sent 3 emails to Jones Networking regarding my interest in some of their position's posted as well as general help in the career search. I am from New York and am interested in relocating to DC so I am really reliant on recruiting companies to help ease the job search process. I have yet to receive any response to any of my inquiries.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like if you're in the business of helping people find jobs, you use basic business decorum and respond to emails in a timely manner. Their website layout isn't that great though, so that was kind of a red flag as to how they conduct business.

I interviewed with Jones Networking over a year after they found my resume on monster. They told me to arrive at least 20 minutes before my interview. I was provided with very detailed directions to their office as I lived in central Maryland and their office was located in North Virginia. I arrived 20 minutes and their receptionist proceeded to give a stack of paper to fill out.
This paperwork included the typical tax information, a spelling quiz, and a pronoun quiz. I worked in this until the recruiter came in. The recruiter was really nice, however, I felt like she over talked me to several times and I did not get a chance to say anything until the interview. I felt like she wasn't interested in interviewing, but to make her commission.
I left the interview feeling a little weird as I have interviewed with other recruiters and never received this kind of treatment. The recruiter and I played phone tag for a week in a half before I eventually got a new job and informed my recruiter of the same. I wouldn't say don't sign up with this company as I am a firm believe that each individual has a different experience with recruiting companies. It didn't work out for me here, but I did have an amazing experience with AppleOne and Roberthalf legal in Baltimore.

My recent dealings were negative. They want all the testing and application done upfront before heading for an interview. The job postings are limited and small but they often refer you to their posting. The attitude is that they are doing a favor for you and not it's a working relation between the client and the new hire. After being talked to like a child, I walked out. My experience is covers 25 years of experience which means I am a seasoned employee, not a child. I definitely would not recommend them.

As with the others, my experience with Jones Networking was less than satisfactory. Very simply, for a specific temp-to-hire job, which was exactly what I'd been doing for the previous 10 years, I told them, "Do whatever is necessary to get me an interview. I don't care who, when, or where it will occur." For whatever reason, the account manager failed to set up an interview.
When I called the account manager looking for an explanation, her assistant told me, "She is unavailable. she is on the phone." I got the exact same answer on two other occassions. Each time I told the assistant to have the account manager call me back. I never received a return phone call. Although there are no guarentees that I would have landed that job, I feel my odds were good.
I certainly think that I should have a decent chance at getting an interview. Even if that didn't occur, I would've loved to know why I never received an explanation from the account manager. Mistakes happen, and everyone makes them. Those are forgiveable. However, when an employer doesn't treat its employees with a certain degreee of respect, such as communicating with them, that is something I cannot condone.

Thank you guys for these comments. I had an interview with them today, had a bad feeling about the whole thing, and decided not to go. Thankfully, after reading these comments, my suspicions were confirmed. I appreciate you all. I'm still looking for employment, but, from the looks of things, I'm better off continuing to pray and search on my own.

Though I didn't ultimately receive a job offer by working with Jones Networking, I found the staff that I dealt with were friendly, responsive, and extremely professional (Lauren & Rachael). They contacted me regarding a job that appeared to be a good fit for my background (most calls I receive from recruiters are for jobs I'm wildly under / over qualified for).
It was a direct-hire position. I received responses to my many inquiries within hours. I had a job interview within one week of speaking with them for the first time. There was excellent feedback from Jones Networking staff regarding the interview process. In the end, personal circumstances beyond my control brought my job search to a screeching halt, but I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. It was a very positive experience.

I was thrilled at the fact that I found the location to the Arlington office, even though I was a little late & lost (I called); but, the receptionist seemed a little like she was having a bad day. I watched her take my application on the clipboard, and she stuck it in a drawer where she was sitting. When I mentioned that she had left it on the clipboard, she stated that she knew it.
My interview went well, but, I didn't feel confident that I was even going to be considered for the position, and I never receive a call from them, nor a thank you for you my interest in the position.

I now have a permanent full time job, no thanks to Jones Networking. The extent of their service was to send an email once a week with temp job listings; jobs not necessarily applicable to me. My emails to them were generally not answered and when I called in only the receptionist was available and she couldn't give any information. Don't bother signing up with this company.
