Call us at 770-674-4644. We will schedule a time to be at your home or office. All work is done on-site to ensure that components are working properly in their natural environment. How does this help you? First, you don't have to unhook your computer and carry it somewhere. Second, you don't have to leave your computer for days or weeks - it is usually fixed that day.

Once we have received your computer issue we will respond quickly. Don't worry if you don't have all the information or feel you don't have the right words to describe the problem. We offer phone support to those that need a little guidance to diagnose a problem or need to be walked through the process. Support is offered in 30 minute increments and the investment is 35.00. We encourage you to send all known issues in an email first in order to save time during call.

Team viewer is a very simple, yet efficient software that has become very popular over the last several years. It is completely secure since you, the user, must give access before anyone can login to your computer.
