Very friendly staff! Greeted right when I walked in the door. I had set up a battery replacement appointment for my sisters mac book air. It was returned to us with the problem fixed. I would highly recommend I.T. Worx to anybody looking for computer repair. They do both Mac and PC and they also have sell them along with perifials as well.

I took two drives in for data recovery. They took over a month, said they could see the data, but couldn't recover them. Iworx then let me know my drives were ready to pick up and asked if I would like them formatted since they were not able to recover anything. I already had a quote of around $2000 to mail the drives out for recovery, so I emailed back begging them not to format my disks.

I sent the drives out and the data recovery people said the drives had been formatted with Zeros written to every sector. I couldn't believe Iworx destroyed my data. Please, Please take your data recovery needs to a data recovery company.

Had a MacBook Pro repaired there. Quick and friendly service! Highly recommend them!

Brought my MacBook in to be repaired under my Apple Care warranty. They charged me 50 dollars in labor to replace one broken Key, and when I got it back, the underside of my MacBook was falling out, and the key was still broken, and fell off immediately. Stay away from this place at all costs.

It is a waste of money. I recommend not to go here to fix your apple laptops. They took 53$ and told me an ambiguous outcome of my MacBook air. I went there to know the exact reason of display failure due to drop of water on my mac but after keeping my laptop for 10 days they told me there is a logic board failure and they need to send it to apple care center for further diagnosis. Also asking 478.19$ to completely fix my laptop. So, I didn't understand why did they took 53$ in the first place. I am really disappointed with their service.

They rebuilt my 10 year old MacBook Pro and it works great, I have a new MacBook but my old MacBook was my go to.grateful.

I took my macbook to have the screen replaced to I. T. Worx after going to a few other places, all of which told me that it would be at least three weeks before I would have my laptop back in working order. When I went to I. T. Worx, the worker communicated with me everything that I needed to know, charged me two hundred dollars less than other stores due to a warranty that other servicers ignored and got my laptop back to me in great condition in just a week. 10/10

This was by far the best technology service and assistance I have ever had, and I have had a lot of problems over the years! Their priority was to help me, not just charge me money or get me to buy some of their products! The service guy was so helpful and we troubleshooted for a while, and he never complained or tried to kick me out. I recommend them so much more than any other apple care place I have been to.

This is the worst type of customer service I have ever received. There is no personalization and was made to feel as though I was beneath. The non professional attitude made me grab my laptop and walk out the door. I would NEVER return there and advise others not to go there either. No wonder the store is EMPTY!

I had my iMac worked on and had fantastic service with a quick turnaround. Took my computer in as it wouldn't power on after we lost power during the ice storm. Technician explained the safety features that's a built in feature to help protect the computer. He powered the system back up, checked the hard drive and ran diagnostics and found viruses.

He kept the computer overnight removed all viruses. He added additional RAM and showed me some additional features as well as synced my phone for easier backups and connections to the iCloud. Very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services.

Life saver! Tarek and staff at the Greensboro location are wonderful! I think my first visit was in early 2017. MacBook Pro (2011 vs) needed repair. Repair was done quickly, didn't break the bank and I was happy.my data was saved. When my son and I needed new laptops, I went right back to IT Worx. They are professional, knowledgeable and honest.

I felt like they advised on what hardware/software was best for what we needed and they didn't just try to sell us anything. Top notch Customer Service and pricing. I have been recommending them to all of my family and friends that own Apple products.

Great customer service, very knowledgable, and great prices! Had a blue screen on my Mac book. New hard drive, diagnostic and hourly came to less than $300!

I'm thinking about purchasing my first Mac laptop and I had some buddies tell me that IT Worx is the place to go for pre and post sales support. I'm a little tight on cashflow right now, but once I'm ready to pull the trigger, this will be my first stop for a new Apple product.
