We called TCS for what we thought was a server running out of storage space - they diagnosed the problem quickly and found excessive retention of old back-ups on the server (not the extra hard drive used for backups). We now have plenty of server space as TCS changed the number of back-ups to be saved, and saved them to the removable hard drive. Saved us big $$$ with this small change. Brilliant work!

TCS have handled our IT needs for the past several years. We have developed a very close and trusting relationship that is built on a foundation of solid technical expertise and professionalism. Our most recent project involved the migration of our on-premise Exchange server to Microsoft Office 365. With thorough preparation and the experience of TCS engineers, we transioned 250 users over a period of 3 weeks.
There was no downtime, and most of our users hardly knew we had made the move. We are very happy with the result and would encourage anyone considering Office 365 or any other IT projects to give TCS a call.

Total Computer Solutions has been servicing our IT needs for several years now. Currently we are installing a new ERP system that will run our entire company and TCS has been outstanding assisting us with implementation. And not just on the hardware side, we are installing manufacturing monitoring systems and wireless bar coding as well. They have been extremely helpful in assisting our leap into new technologies. We are very pleased with the new server installation project. This was accurately scoped out and explained to us before the project started. Then, when I needed to change the date at the last minute, they were very flexible and agreeable to work with. In my experience with any type of technology upgrade, there are always unwanted surprises. However, the server installation exceeded our expectations!
I realize there may have been a lot of things going on in the background which kept the team busy. But, it was delivered exactly as promised to us. There was very minimal interruption to our users and everything was thoroughly tested and managed the entire way. I wish that all of our technology upgrades could go as well as this one has! We so appreciate the positive attitude and genuine support that we experienced with the TCS staff.
