Alex PC Tech. is a Minnesota based company established in 1999 that provides on-site support to both commercial and residential clients in the twin cities Metro area. We are able to repair 99% of the computers we service, Customers have the option of either drop off to rpair or cwe come to your place. The majority of our services consist of Virus & Spyware related issues and we have a specialized technical team for this category. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction, and we strive to make each and every call exceptional.

I needed my laptop repaired due to a hard drive failure and chose Alex PC Tech due to the good reviews and convenient location. I worked with Gino and he was very professional, friendly, and helpful explaining the work that needed to be done and the costs involved. I was also impressed with the quick turnaround. Would recommend and will return if/when faced with computer issues in the future.

I built a custom PC myself but ran into some issues with it not booting up. I brought it in to them and they were able to fix it within the same day! I was very surprised how quickly they were able to fix everything. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be bringing my PC to them in the future if I ever have issues again!

As a small business owner, I appreciate the thoroughness and expediency that they displayed to help me, which greatly minimized my downtime. I brought my custom PC that I use for my business to Alex PC Tech because it would not start up. I had critical files that were not backed up in the cloud on there, Dustin was able to get it running long enough for me to retrieve them.
They were also extremely helpful documenting everything so that I could file an insurance claim, as well as providing info and updates throughout the entire process. They have an unmatched level of customer service and I'd give them 10/5 stars if I could. Highly recommended for anyone needing computer service or repairs!

One of my favorite computer shops in the Midwest. Very professional, friendly and honest. They have decades of experience and will explain things so that anyone can understand. Not only do they repair all makes and models of computers, they sell new and refurbished desktops/laptops & components. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend contacting them for all of your computer related needs.
