I had an issue with the initial bank account draft I tried to make from this terrible company. They have exceptionally high service fees for payment issues, yet offer no way of validating the bank account, and then will not help you understand where the issue actually is or offer solutions (other than keep charging you if it happens again!). Similar to the experience of others, the initial customer service people I talked to were not helpful and promised call backs that never came, email follow-up was also not responded to.

The second level support person I finally talked to kept trying to redirect the conversation to explain how I was at fault (again, never figured out the actual issue!), rather than talking to me about the issue and how it could be avoided. They have a great business model because they have mostly captive customers and apparently feel they can do whatever they want. I still have no idea why my payment failed, but am going to do my best to avoid this company in the future.

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with TADS. The sales person and the financial set up gal were great, but they were not able to adjust to changes that came with Covid. Since our school was starting in September 2020 (bad timing), we no longer needed this software. It was extremely difficult to navigate and our parents had difficulty and refused to use it.

The Educate portion of the software was not connected to the student list and since the employees had to do it manually, it did not get done in a timely manner. I had paid for a full year and decided to not continue it, but they would not let me quite because there was a clause in the agreement which said one would have to cancel 120 days before the renewal.

I never used it, but was billed for two more years with absolutely NO SERVICES RENDERED. In addition, NO ONE would talk to me to figure out a solution except to say I owed money and pay! Then they turned me over to collection which I have disputed. No sure what is going to happen to our little non-profit.

This company is horrible. If it is any chance you can avoid using it, it is highly recommended. It has poor customer service, really long wait times and lack empathy. If you ask to speak to a supervisor you are told a request will be sent in and they will contact you within 72 hour. However, it will not be a phone call. It's an email. Then the chief complaint was not covered in the email. This company is for profit and has no sense of customer service.

Years ago they had great customer service, but since covid19 they do not answer their emails or return calls. You will likely sit on hold for hours. Plus they are only available during most people's work hours. It is a huge inconvenience!

Horrific customer sevice. Absolutely No follow up. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Will NOT talk to you on the phone only will email and they don't even do that. If you need help you are OUT of LUCK!

The customer service is the worst I've experienced. When I finally got a live person they could not answer my questions, they had to chat with an administrator. At no time was I allowed to speak with a manager. Before my questions were answered I was told to have a nice day and hung up on. The emails are unclear and much is lost in translation. I asked via email and phone to speak directly to someone and that question continues to get ignored.

Non-existent customer service. They reset my password and I have been waiting for days for a password reset email so I can see tuition costs/payment for my daughter. Calling in will get you placed on hold for an hour. Who has time for that? Emails don't get responded to. Why any school would choose these people is unreal.

How is it possible for me to be on wait for 45 minutes and not a single representative is available to help me on my problem doing the hours of operation. It so hard to reach this company via phone and email. Lack of customer support.

Absolute worst! They can take out a payment they're not supposed to but has been nearly two months since that payment and no refund yet! Every time I call about my refund I get told, "Your refund was processed today" well, my refund has mysteriously been processed 4 times now over the last several weeks and somehow I still haven't received anything! Strange!

Early this year my daughter school change to use this payment method. As advised by the school I registered and scheduled payment methods. In my case I took advantage of saving by picking the 2 payment options. On 4/24/2018 I picked two payments of 4235.00, this first payment was to be deducted on 8/15/2018. However, someone made changes to my payment option and on 8/15 my account was deducted $1115.00, this was for the tuition of $865.00; $100.00 book fees and the $50.00 fee that was supposed to waived because I picked the two payment option.

I tried changing the payment but it didn't go through, I would at that though overpaid by $1115. I called TADS and spoke to a customer service rep. To see if they can modify the payment since I made on their website. The person said no, can't help you with adjustment, you need to go to the bank. I went to my bank and as advised stopped the payment.

I emailed the school and they advised that I call TADS again since I want to pay the full tuition. She indicated that I incurred in a $35 return fee, and advise me to ask them to waiver. So today I called them, and explained what happened, said that still wanted to pay the full tuition and wanted to know if they could waive the fee. Here was the response "we won't be able to waive the fee, that is done on a case by case basis" as I indicated to the rep, if my case was not a good case, I don't understand what will be a good case.

My take away from this experience is that this company doesn't care about its customer, they just want to make money. I lost $85.00 through this process, but it is not the money it is the principle. I am glad that my daughter is graduating and hopefully I will never ever have to deal with them again
