We selected 24hourtek when we moved our 50-person company to a new office building. They installed and managed our WiFi and installed our video conferencing (Chrome Box) in 3 rooms. From project initiation through ongoing operations, 24hourtek was professional and timely. I carefully interviewed 3 other vendors prior to selecting 24hourtek. Next time I have a need for managed IT, I won't need to shop around.

It's rare to have a service provider who hits on so many important & necessary qualities: strong communication (including the ability to put in layman's terms, IT concepts that are way over my head), punctuality, competitive pricing, friendliness and most important, extremely knowledgeable in their field. I've used 24 Hour Tek for both my personal computer and for my business needs and they've been fantastic.

These guys are awesome! They are very knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Our company has worked with them for several months now, and they have always been very helpful in terms of troubleshooting, system setup and maintenance. If someone had told me about 24hourtek a long time ago, I would have had to bear a lot less headaches. Because I am not very good with computers, PCs or MACs. Maybe I could take a few classes, but it doesn't interest me at all. So many people are already good with computers - I'd rather just go to them. 24hourtek is one of those places. My computer crashed a month or so ago.
It was debilitating. I had a lot of active files and I was afraid I couldn't recover them. The computer would not even turn on. I took the hard drive to 24hourtek. By the way, they can go to you, too. They pulled the files off for me. I was saved from rebuilding 3 months of bookkeeping work. It took them half an hour. I wonder if they can save the files on my MAC, too.
