Needed a SIM card for my ATT phone. I went to the ATT store and got tired of waiting. Went to Best Buy and it took me a total of 5 minutes. Incredible.

THE OPEN BOX ADVERTISEMENTS ARE NOT ACCURATE AT ANY BEST BUY INCLUDING THIS ONE. IF YOU HAVE TRAVEL ANY DISTANCE TO PICK ONE UP DO NOT TRUST HOW THE TV IS LISTED TO BE IN ANYWAY RELATED TO THE STATE OF THE ITEM SOLD. This location sold a Open Box TV listed exactly like this: "Open-Box - Certified Excellent Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging" When I went to pick it up it was nothing but the TV in bubble wrap.

No remote, no mount, absolutely nothing but a TV and a plug. They told me even though the listing says it includes all parts and accessories, there's fine print somewhere that says it may not (That's obviously not true). I returned the TV after seeing it and, of course, they go back and list it online as having all the original parts and accessories despite them obviously knowing that's not true. Do not buy an Open Box unless you plan on inspecting it in store and then immediately at home. How it is listed online has little to do with the actual state of the item.

I've always enjoyed going to this location. The staff is great and always helpful. I highly recommend checking out this store. Ask for scratch and dent if you don't mind a discount, a little cosmetic wear and tear never hurt for a better price.

Wow wow wow Maddie is the most amazing employee! She is so knowledgeable and helpful! Just bought the newest iPad and all its components and there's absolutely no way we could've done it without her. I'm a best but elite member with a bestbuy credit card and I've been doing my best to support by physically visiting the store but each time I stop by I leave more and more disappointed, today I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to assist me in getting a fire 10 plus, I even looked for an assistant and he called someone in the radio and no one came. I'm just done with this and I'll turn into Amazon and online ordering like everyone else is doing.

The salespersons NOT helpful at all. Store was almost empty and the salesperson didn't even both to guide me to what I wanted. Not surprising. I was looking for speaker wire. I ended up buying online for $ 21 cheaper for 100 feet of 14 gauge

Not always the cleanest customer experience with them being severely understaffed most times we've been here. So if you don't know what exactly you're looking for, it could be a wait to find an associate to help you. But they will price match. And the rest of their checkout process is very smooth.

Came in looking for a certain piece of equipment, James one of the managers there immediately assisted me. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable on not only the equipment and technology but also the equipment warranties. It was very refreshing to experience that level of customer service.

Needed Apple Airpods Pro serviced. The staff and manager made us come by twice just to tell us we had to go to the Apple store. Both Eli and Javier had the "NO" answer ready for any question. The manager couldn't care less either. How is this store still in business?
