These guys did an excellent job identifying a problem I had with my gaming pc, then getting it fixed after I ordered the necessary part. Fair and honest pricing, would highly recommend for any computer repair needs.

She is not just courteous and professional - this lady knows her stuff! She has been able to educate us and answer questions on everything from hard drives and storage, to even assisting us in finding the best new computer for our needs when the other wasn't worth fixing!

She is so patient, and having the knowledge and experience she has - she relieved me of the anxiety of having to make a costly purchase choice so quickly, and I felt so confident in my purchase after! The staff at Cray Networks have been amazing. I was looking for a group to try to repair a computer monitor for me and they went above and beyond to try to help me. They kept me posted with the various updates as they received them and checked with multiple vendors to try to repair my monitor. In the end, the monitor was not able to be repaired due to how specific and specialized it was, but I will definitely return back to them for future questions and assistance. Gabe and Angie there are amazing and super kind.

Seem like nice folks and i have no reason to doubt their competence. In my case i got the distinct impression that they didn't want to invest the 2-3 hours to fix my system even though they said they would charge $150 per hour. That's probably a scare away price. Made a very half hearted effort to update me and only got updated after i called and then charged me non refundable $47 only to tell me that a 6 month old system was better off (cheaper) to be replaced with a new one. Look elsewhere first. I'm going to.and i seldom write negative reviews.

I used Cray Networks nearly 15 years ago in a non-profit that I used to work and when my new company needed IT; I immediately thought of this company. They set up the entire network system and explained how things worked to where even I could understand it! They fix computers and help with any IT need. Nice, friendly, patient - everything you need when it comes to this type of work. Ryan is great to work with and I highly recommend them!

My laptop was locked down with viruses. I contacted Cray Networks. They were so helpful and responded to my issues quickly. My laptop was fixed and they gave me recommendations for anti-virus. A week later the technician followed up with me to make sure everything was performing as expected. I appreciate the personal attention. Nice friendly staff and great value what they had to do.

Hi everyone, I just want to take the time to recognize Cray Networks. I was having a lot of internet issues after we had someone out to our new house to get us set up with home internet service. After just a couple of weeks we ran into a slew of problems. I checked Yelp and chose Cray based on their past reviews. When I called up and spoke to Ryan he offered to come to our place that day!

He diagnosed the problem within minutes. Although we didn't have the router passwords (the first IT guy didn't give then to me). It didn't stop Ryan, he was able to fix the problems within a couple of days and we've been running smoothly ever since. Although I thought his price was s little steep at first, he agreed to give me a discount when I brought it to his attention. So that just adds to how good they are.

After bouncing around between IT support companies, We have finally found one that gives us the support we need combined with a friendly customer service attitude not normally found in this industry. We've been with Cray Networks for over 6 months now and couldn't be happier.

I thought my dinosaur Mac laptop's life was over but Crays was able to bring it back to life and it didn't cost a fortune!
