I have been testing some computer repair issues with TechGen and am impressed with the responsiveness and the ability to troubleshoot and repair offsite. I know some hardware issues will require onsite IT personal but they do provide a good service. For small companies needing IT support they are a good fit, but those submitting the service request do need some minor computer knowledge/skills.

I decided to write a letter in March to the company president to inform him of my experience. Just last week we talked on the phone and he thanked me for sharing my experience. He said that they'd recently implemented some changes so as to avoid further customer confusion (refurbished vs. new parts). He also agreed to order me another *new* keyboard (because the first *new* one I got turned out to have a "loose tooth sort of key") and will have one of his staff contact me once it arrives at their door. I'll give another 1/2 star for the attentiveness of the company president.
