Our internet service is great - and we live in a very remote area. When there are issues (not often) the response time is great. We are very happy with Stimulus.

Nice people, but the service is so unreliable that it cannot be used for business. I have had it with this company - their service just keeps getting worse. Stimulus has easily cost me over $10,000 in lost business in 2020 due to repeated failures of their power supplies, boards, etc. Probably okay for home or entertainment, but my business can't keep suffering loss of revenue that Stimulus then offers to compensate by a credit of 1/2 month of fees. Are you serious?

Stimulus technologies has become my "IT Department, " We used to employ a full-time technician to take care of us, but now I call Stimulus every time we need help. Costs much less than your own staff, and these guys are fully trained, certified and qualified to take care of your software, hardware, internet, website, email and other needs. I recommend them - times have changed, and it's hard to keep up with things yourself any more.

My experience with Stimulus Technologies is that they are a team of true professionals who are skilled in IT work.
