I work at the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, we use NetEffect for all of our IT needs which always keeps our computers working with no downtime. Our entire company was fortunate to have a presentation on Cybersecurity yesterday by Mr. Jeff Grace, the CEO of the company. I had a great customer service experience with customer support (tech support) from a lady named Jasmine. She was so patient with me and thorough with me. I was completely lost and confused with my ticket issue and she was very helpful. She completely changed my perspective on what quality customer service is. I'm telling you when I first called this morning I was expecting a bad experience but I did not get that at all. Thumbs up to you Jasmine. Thanks.

We've been customers of NetEffect for 10+ years over which they've proven to be a valuable partner. It's rare that we encounter an IT issue they can't resolve-they have technicians of all skill levels. When we've had service/billing issues we shoot an email to one of the owners and receive prompt response. I get the sense that they care about their customers and employees.
