I loved working with Genius Computer Solutions because no job is too small for them, and even a small job from a private consumer (no business involved) was handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. I needed help with a personal desktop and my son's laptop and wrote Frank one e-mail. Although he did not know me from Eve, his response was almost immediate and within a couple of days he had a technician at my home who completed the job in a couple of hours.
I was referred to them by my "personal IT guy" who was like a son to me. When he moved away from the New York area, I thought I was going to die (technologically). I have found new life with Genius Computer Solutions.
