Patient help for an older user. Ronald is not cheap but he works to use his (and your) time efficiently so he's good value for money. Brought my mother's iMac up to current patch level and cleaned up the accumulated cruft and spyware.

I have been "haunted" by memories of computer tech "experts" who I had hired in the past who would speed through something and charge lot. Many times they've left me worse off than before I hired them. I felt I was taking a risk hiring Metro MacSupport (Ronald) even though I read through great reviews on the Apple Support website. It is easy enough to make up good reviews! Thankfully, however, I found out Ronald matched those reviews exactly.

He found my old (lost) files and recommended solutions about how to organize and store them. He taught me a lot of things I didn't know the first thing about that will make everything much more efficient and fun for me. I am going to continue to work with Ronald until everything is sorted out. He is friendly and so knowledgeable. I am so glad we called him! If you have a Mac related problem, this is your man. I am leaving this review on Yelp.because I was surprised to not find him here. More people need to know about him.
