David is by far the kindest and most patient guy I know (besides my husband!!) This morning when I got to my store I couldn't open my Quickbooks POS because the file got corrupted somehow. I called David immediately...he answered right away and got to work on fixing my problem immediately! After many hours and dealing with a very stressed out lady (me) David got everything back and running. Honestly, David is the most positive guy with such determination to get things fixed! I gotta pop-up telling me to call Microsoft. I called them (I know, I know) and after letting some agent gain access to my PC, he wanted to charge me $600 to fix the problem I didn't even know I had. Luckily I got suspicious and gave Island Tech call. Not only did they show me the error in my ways. But they tuned up my computer and made sure no one still had access to my files. So glad I made the call.
