It's the 2nd visit we've done for repairs. Both times for our iphones. Our 2nd visit they were able to fix the 11pro that we dropped and had damaged the inside. (Not the exterior). T-Mobile had originally told us to ship it for a replacement but we needed to keep our phone since we were leaving town. Gadget Mates fixed it while we waited. So pleased!

Their store is super cool. They have all your electronic needs; phone cases, phones, smart watches, chargers (of all kinds), laptops, old school games, and unique art out of electronics. There staff is super helpful and will answer all your questions, if they don't have the answer they will help direct you to find your answer. They were super helpful when my Samsung Galaxy watch wouldn't turn on anymore and got me a new one right away.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted. Very informative on all my electronic needs. So I Brought my phone there on the fly to get pricing and hopefully get fixed. I was certain I needed a new screen. Dropped my phone off because it was a 4hr job. They called me back amd said the tech says all I needed was a wire tightened and did charge me a thing. They could of Easley charged me $350. Not only is this place honest. They do professional work. I highly recommend GadgetMates

We've use Outlet PC and GadgetMates for our Dell refurbished Laptop. First time they help get the laptop running Win 7 Pro. That took overnight. Next the hard drive failed to boot. They replaced the hard drive with a new SSD, recovering all the applications even including virtual XP mode and data. Excellent service!

I am a longtime customer and yet only 4. Sometimes your computer or electronics are fixed quickly and more times then not it takes weeks and it could even be a quick checkup but they are honest! If they tell you it will cost this much you generally will be surprised it was cheaper and if they say call us back Monday, call them back it's nice to get an update even if your not getting your equipment back. Integrity, Honest, Trustworthy. I will continue going as they are the ones to trust.

These guys are AWESOME! I'd give them ten stars if google allowed it. I had something weird happen with my laptop and the techs worked it all out even though I'm sure it wasn't just an easy scan and fix problem. I highly recommend this company for all of your computer repair needs. They are fast, knowledgeable and reasonably priced!
