Thank you for helping us when we were in a bind with our recent relocation and set-up. We were operating in record time, especially considering our unfortunate circumstances of losing our previous IT support. Took my mom's desktop in for repair. They were very transparent with the repair fee and time to repair it. They said it would be checked on Thursday, but got it fixed on Wed ahead of time. They communicated very well with everything in the entire process and were very professional with their customer service. Even checked up on us after the repair to make sure the pc was doing ok. Definitely eons way better than another computer shop I can think of here in Evansville. Doing all my computer business here from now on

As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome and was greeted kindly. They took my pc that I was having trouble building and diagnosed it with multiple updates and phone calls. Very Profesional and good people all around great service and at a good price only 50 to diagnose and if they do the work they add that to the cost will not go anywhere else!

I dropped my computer and had to take it in for repairs. They asked for and got a down payment to check out my laptop and the money upfront went on any repairs that might be needed. Come to find out that the screen needed to be replaced and the DVR tray was loose. Came up to $255 including the down payment. Not a bad price and they do good work. I highly recommend them.

Excellent deliver and installation. Had a few bumps, but over all it was a good install.

These guys will go above and beyond to solve the problem for you. PC Quest has employees that genuinely want what is best for you and not just to make a buck. Highly recommend!

Everyone there is very friendly. They were incredibly helpful. I was going to need something done that was going to cost hundreds of dollars, but they figured out how to fix it without that cost. Could've taken advantage of my situation to make more money, but they didn't. Very grateful for them.

Needed some help to swap an eprom from one pc board to another (didn't have theright tools), took tech 30 seconds. First place I was directed to wouldn't help, spent more time giving excuses for not being able to do it than it would to just swap it out. Don't want to names (Computers Plus) I walked out of Computers Plus disgusted, they not only lost my business today but any and all future business.

For now on if I need service on any computer components I will take it to PC Quest. They understand what service is all about. They also now have home theater and security cameras for sale, I will be going back. Chris

Great experience with this local computer store. I was Christmas shopping and looking for a new desktop. I had been to Staple's and Best Buy but did'nt find what I wanted. I was on my way home when I saw PC Quest and decided to give it one last try. So glad I did. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Picked up my new laptop from PC Quest yesterday. Mark did an excellent job heling me select a device that fit my needs now, and in the future as well as one that fit my budget. After using the machine for several hours now it far exceeds my expectations.
