Once upon a time in Louisville, Kentucky, four IT engineers got together. Karen, Barry, Craig and John talked, and they decided that they wanted to help others to be more successful through leveraging technology in their businesses. They decided the best way to do that would be by building a technology services company that was for engineers, by engineers. And so Mirazon was born in 2000. At its infancy, Mirazon was strictly a professional services organization, mainly around the Microsoft ecosystem.
Mirazon has improved our IT by not only being a fresh set of eyes to look at a problem but also the engineers that work there are just a knowledge vault and they know their stuff. Everyone at Mirazon that I've talked to is an A-team player and because of that, they can solve issues quickly and completely in a manner that those issues don't have to get revisited.
When the partners founded Mirazon in 2000, the culture was one of the most important factors. A company's culture affects everything else from there on out and the partners knew that it was the first step to a growing successful organization. If you're not careful when you're in the office, you might get hit with a Nerf dart or two.

Excellent company to work with. We hired Mirazon to upgrade and replace our phone system a few years ago. One of the things that has most impressed and pleased me is their customer support. Throughout the entire process of choosing the new system, installation, and training they were right there helping and explaining things for those of us that are not tech savvy.

Which is why we asked them to expand the relationship and become our go to for IT Support. Last year Michael Patrick helped me plan, and more importantly understand, a complete overhaul of our server, 14 computers, and all the auxiliary equipment. Which was a big job as I am a complete numbskull when it comes to technology. Thank you, Michael for your patience.

Currently we have Dustin Lamkin as our Systems Engineer aka "Guy who keeps me sane when stuff don't work." Dustin also has the patience of Job, as well a great sense of humor. He is always prompt, professional, and, more importantly, nice. There does not seem to be anything that flusters him. He recently had to work with a technician from an outside company to resolve some ongoing issues and I was very thankful for his professionalism.

A bonus is he never makes me feel stupid when I ask questions or need an explanation.

Overall, I highly recommend Mirazon to anyone interested in getting more than just your average IT experience. Mirazon feels like an extension of your team.
