I'm a solo practitioner and was unfortunate enough to walk in on a Monday morning to find my Server unresponsive because my hard drive failed. Since I had never had this happen before, I was unsure who to call when I remembered UnbreakableIT was right near the courthouse. The same day I brought my Server in, Jaime the owner, was able to diagnose the problem and get my server back up and running.
He was extremely patient with me even though I was extremely nervous that I had lost all of my data. I can't thank him and his staff enough for saving me from such a stressful situation.
