We have had an ongoing problem with our POS. Greg came in and observed the operation and came up with an out of the box solution that works. We now have a fully functional system which cantata all forms of payments and is less expensive than our previous system. It's always a pleasure to find someone who has in depth knowledge and executes a plan as proposed. I feel like we should have paid more for his services.

Greg at RG Technology was a major help! I don't know too much about computers except that I need them to work! He was able to sit down with me, figure out what I needed out of a computer and even give me some great ideas! He even loaded up the computer before I received it so all I have to do was push "power" Which is exactly what I needed!
