I went here because I had a hard time getting my GPU working and needed the skill of a professional - and I was not disappointed. I know a fair bit about computers, but I also know when a problem is outside of my abilities. The service provided was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, quick, and I was called several times with updates and questions about how to proceed.
I was also given a full breakdown of what was done, what was wrong, and he even fixed a few extra elements that I hadn't realized were there (like the placement of the exhaust on my liquid cooling). A wonderful and lovely set of nerds here, I strongly recommend.

The techs are knowledgeable and quickly resolved my issues. Why one star? Its a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. You cannot avoid 25$ PER MONTH charge after you leave. What do you get for that 25$? I have no idea, and I don't think they do either. This place is the equivalent of Java changing your search engine to Ask Jeeves.

Critical: Professionalism as soon as i called them i got instant attitude ok the phone, as proceeded to politely ask about my computer problem. he started mumbling and i couldn't understand him, i asked him if he could repeat and he got mad and spoke to me like i was 5 years old. i will be coming to the store to confront him.

This is in response to the manager reply: I do stand by my initial review. I understand that during these times a business reputation can make or break its long term survival, and I would have expected a different response from the owner. A simple apology for the employee's behavior would have been enough, and maybe I would have deleted the review.
Reading the reply I have a feeling that we are talking about different realities (and maybe, just maybe, you were looking at a different person on your security camera). I don't want go into he said/she said argument here, it will not help anybody, but I would like to point our that at the time of the incident there was no mask mandate in California/Fresno.
All the rest of the reply is just fantasy (if indeed you were looking at the right person on the security camera). I hope that your company will use my interaction at this location (the real one, not the one presented here - which may have been influenced by a defensive employee) so you can provide a better experience for your customers in the future. Also, very important for your employees (especially the one at the counter at that time), NEVER be dismissive of your customers (even if it is for a $1 screw) - this is what actually prompted my initial review (customer is not always right, but it is to be always respected) Below is the initial review: >>> Usually I avoid leaving bad reviews as I know how damaging it be for a business, however the management really needs to step up the training of their employees.
I stopped by for help with a couple of screws for a laptop. The front desk person answer was: I don't know, we don't do this, try a hardware store (?), try Ebay, we don't do this (again), I don't know (again). We were talking about 1 M2x2 screw!

I recently had coffee spilled all over my computer. After taking it several places I was told pretty much no luck and it was completely dead. I was about to give up then went to Nerds on Call because I happened to be in the area. The manager Johnathan claimed there maybe something he could do to fix it. After about a week in a half he was able to fix my computer while still saving all of my work on the drive. He and the team really went above and beyond to help fix my computer while giving me status updates along the way and for a reasonable price. I am greatly appreciative.

Jonathan was extraordinary. He was able to trouble shoot and analyze the problems I was having with my various computers related to the internet and email. He was extremely patient, kind, and had excellent communication skills. I have never received more responsive and expert service in the many years that I have been challenged by tech problems. Call Nerds on Call if you have a problem! Jonathon was the best!
