You cannot beat Signal Voice & Data when it comes to First Rate Service!

Just converted our Manufacturing business with 160 phone users from an old Avaya platform to Zultys. We had a mix of Desk phones, cordless and now Cellular users. We went with the Virtual Server option instead of the hosted to take advantage of our in-house backup and replication DR solution. Signal Voice and Data worked with us from start to finish and setup the server and phones so that we were able to test and use the system in-house for a few days before cut-over.

Due to that testing we have had no issues since we did the cut-over, except for normal user questions and training. Very happy with the features and performance of this Zulys system.

You do not want to go with them as a small business. The phones they setup are not good quality and the connections with your customers are poor. They charge you for minutes of usage. They charge you left and right and forget customer service.

If you are looking for a company to do your telephone system for a business - this is not the one for you. You might as well use a big company because they have poor and sloppy customer service. You would be better off using a big company and your cost will probably be cheaper as well. Really check out referrals and people who have used this company prior to making the decision to use them. I would never recommend them to anyone I new that is for sure.

Local business and they stand behind their product, they train your team to get you ready for your new phone system. They are interested in your business to help get you the right system to improve your business.

I would have given it no stars but that is not an option. The OWNER needs to have his license revoked after almost rearending me on my motorcycle this morning on Broad street. I would guess he was texting as not only did he barely miss me, like maybe 8 inches or so but he also ran right through the red light! MORON!
