Your dedicated Senior Engineer will assist with all your IT needs from workstation to server and cloud. We will handle any support issue or installation regardless of the complexity and work with any third-party software vendors for programs you may be using. We will establish a support plan that provides a proactive approach vs. reacting to problems as they occur.
Tony Roepke, Valley View Microsystems founder, will meet with you to review the current network, listen to your needs/concerns, determine your expectations and create a proposal to meet your requirements. We will assign a dedicated Senior Engineer to your account and schedule an initial meeting. You will have the opportunity to meet your Engineer, ask questions and start what we hope is a long relationship. Your Engineer will perform an in-depth network evaluation and provide any immediate recommendations.
Valley View Microsystems understands software applications used in your industries including AutoCAD, Revit and others. We work with you to insure employees can utilize applications and provide support if needed. Software is dependent upon hardware, we are experts in determining hardware requirements, especially graphic cards, ensuring that your employees have the right equipment in place for optimal performance. Many of our customers are working with large files, we provide them with the confidence that the network speeds and backups will meet their needs.
