Absolutely hands down the very best place in Clarksville for computer service and repair. Great customer service and prices.

Geek Squad (and over the years I've loved Geek Squad) told me it would take 3 to 5 weeks to change out my laptop's keyboard. Ingram Computer Services ordered the parts and changed it out in 5 days. Quoting me a lot less than G.S. Works like a champ.

Janice and Matt are amazing! We came in for some computer questions and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No running around or upselling just straight honest advice and work. Looking forward to any future interactions.

Brought my HP computer in that was out of commission for roughly over year, wouldn't power on or take a charge even when tried with a new battery, I thought I had blown the battery or fried the motherboard, but I took it to Ingram Technology, the lady who was at the counter was super nice and helpful, and let me know there was NO DIAGNOSTIC FEE! Had a solid line of communication from Matt through the website.

He told me it was only a bad power jack, but later upon further investigation, found the USB/AUX port had become corroded and prevented the laptop from turning on. No extra charge was added, and got my computer back up and running in good & reasonable timing! If you need your computers fixed, Ingram Technology is the best all-around! Will be back if I need anything else fixed!

The power button on my Dell laptop wouldn't depress so my computer wouldn't turn on. Brought to Ingram as I saw the reviews online and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and price. Very fair computer repair. No diagnosis fee and the part that needed to be replaced was not marked up. I was very happy with the amount of labor I paid considering what I got. If I were to do this at a Best Buy Geek Squad it would have cost about 2-3 times as much. Repeat customer for life.

I love this experience with Ingram computer services. I brought my computer in on a Thursday and is ready for pick up on Friday and the responsiveness when it came to what the issues were and when it was time to actually start to repair everything from start to finish was done perfectly. Ms Janice is a gift from above! I always feel nervous starting over everywhere we move finding a new place to go to for services. I called and immediately knew this was the place that will get all of my business. Very friendly and informative over the phone and even more friendly in person. I took my external hard drive to get fixed, and although Mr Matt was unable to fix it, I appreciated their quick service and fast communication! I could talk to Ms Janice all day!
