Tower House Computers has been in business since 2002 and is family owned and operated by Jerry Josar. We are currently located at 1529 Caulks Hill Road in St. Charles Missouri. Tower House Computers first started in Jerry's home (located near Towers Road on Caulks Hill) with a small sign in the front yard.
You're probably using cloud computing right now, even if you don't realize it. If you use an online service to send email, edit documents, watch movies or TV, listen to music, play games, or store pictures and other files, it's likely that cloud computing is making it all possible behind the scenes.
We are happy to help you carry your PC in and out of the store, just ask one of our friendly techs to help (this service is always free of charge). All you need to bring into the store is the computer. We do not need the monitor, mouse, etc. Please bring power cords for laptops, printers or all-in-one computers. Edit: No, this isn't a fake review. The accusation, denial, as well as the attempted act of revenge is more evidence of your character. You claim that you do extra without asking and charge for it. So, then it becomes an argument that most people would rather avoid. I think you're slimy. When given the opportunity. You take advantage of people. That's what happened.
It's not illegal. Maybe you would've refunded the costs. Maybe you still would refund the costs. But that's what you did. Now, you're claiming that I'm fake, based on zero evidence. Hmmm, that kind of sounds like being a know-it-all and condescending, doesn't it? Then, you seek revenge with the "reported to google" comment. That kind of sounds like "blowing up" doesn't it?
And no mask around the elderly with big earrings? That sounds like what the owner of this place does, doesn't it? So, yes. You charged an elderly woman nearly $200 for "running tests" without asking. That's the kind of shop you're running.

I am not very tech savvy, and when my all-in-one Dell computer's hard drive suddenly acted up, a work colleague suggested, in fact she raved about the folks at Tower House Computers for her past computer repairs and servicing. So I tentatively took my unit into THC and they diagnosed it for free (bad hard drive) and then with my approval they ordered up a new solid state hard drive, they cloned my damaged content from my bad old-school hard drive and installed it all back onto my repaired and now faster Dell all-in-one.
I was nervous as hell, but now I'm so grateful for the recommendation (Thanks Janet!) and I'm delighted with the repair and service that THC gave me. They revived and improved my favorite computer from what I thought might be junk! I am now a happy customer of theirs and pleased to share my experience with others in need! Bill B.

My name is Joyce J. I've been doing business with Tower House Computers for 13 years. They have built two computers for me and I can honestly tell you that they know what they are doing. Jerry the owner has been very honest with me and is courteous as well. Before I found Tower House Computers I had problems with other computer places that were awful. For me to stay with a company this long should tell everyone that I trust their work, they do an excellent job. Thanks Jerry!

I went in with what I thought was an issue with my new laptop's Solid State drive. I brought the replacement I had already received from Dell with me, and Mark switched the new out for the old. Upon running diagnostics and finding that issues persisted and were in fact NOT due to a faulty SSD, he advised me to see if Dell would replace the Motherboard under warranty.
He swapped the SSDs back and refused to charge me anything, even turning down my tip offer as he insisted that Tower House Computers offers free diagnostics. Well done guys, I know where I'm going next time I have computer/laptop troubles.

I formerly worked for Tower House Computers. I worked directly with the owners and I can say it was a great working experience. Tower House Computers has very loyal clients (I say clients because they come back). Brian and Jerry would oversee the work I did and always provide me with wonderful input that would assist my performance. Our goal was to provide a haven for most if not all computer needs, and I felt proud working there.
I knew that with their insight, I was doing grade A work for the needs of the community, and finding a great stepping stone to push off from in my career. I know that not everyone can be pleased, but it was great knowing that we pleased an extremely high majority of our clients. - Thanks Jerry and Brian

I have been working with Jerry at Tower House Computers for years. We started taking our personal computers to him when we got a virus on one. He took the time to explain everything and I left there with not only a working computer, but knowledge to help avoid a similar situation in the future. Here we are years later as business owners, and we continue to use his services.
We have bought numerous computers from him as our business continues to grow. He has also established multiple networks for us at our home office as well as warehouse. He is incredibly professional and courteous and understands the urgency when you need your computer to work properly. Most of the time he can log-on remotely and take care of things, but he does make "house calls" as well, which I've appreciated.
Most recently, we called him to help with a printer driver issue, file sharing for scanner, and wireless connection problems. He stopped by within a short time on his way to lunch and got the issues resolved. We were expecting to pay something for his services, but he didn't charge us. He sent us the invoice and stated "Freebie" and he thanked us for our business. I've referred him to friends and family and now feel the need to share with everyone! I know our business is stronger because of him!
