Bellevue Computer

I just needed a handful of RJ-45 connectors, I called, they had them. I ended up buying an external DVD-USB drive while I was there too. Quick and easy, no hassle.

I was late finishing a trade magazine article when I showed up in Corvallis to visit my sister. I opened my laptop to get back to work, and 30 minutes later, I got the blue screen of death followed by a black screen. The half-finished article and all my interviews and notes were in that dead laptop. Panicking, I called Bellevue, and was told they could take my case first thing the next morning.

By midday, the ENTIRE contents of my dead computer had been extracted to a new external hard drive. By late afternoon, I had plugged into a borrowed laptop but couldn't figure out how to find my files. I called Bellevue back, and Chris patiently walked me through the steps I needed to take and, when that didn't work, took control of my keyboard via internet and set up the proper sequence himself. There are no words to express my gratitude at the professionalism, knowledge, speed, calm and courtesy demonstrated by these guys.

Great laptop repair with fast turnaround. Brought the part in with me that needed replaced, next time they contacted me was just to tell me it was all done. Chose this place after I called them to request a cleaning for a different machine. They do not offer a cleaning service, but they gave me great advice on how to take care of the coffee-laptop spill myself!

They always say to shop local, so I Stopped by. I was looking for a power supply and ended up getting a ev3a 600 br, went back the next day looking for an Asus rog Strix x470 f was told they were almost impossible to find but he had the next model up tuff x570 plus, ok my first build so I pick it up. On my way home my son tells me there a connection problem between the power supply and motherboard.

Turn around and go back and tell the kid the problem, no returns and it should be fine. He looked it up on pcpartpicker (which I should of done) and agreed it did have hook up problem but again said it would be fine. My advice save your time and money (online 30 dollars cheaper) avoid this store and get the right parts by using pcpartpicker. One star for poor service.

+I am very pleased with the service that Bellview Computer has provided through the years. They just finished building a pc tower for me and it is working great. They transferred all of my files from my old pc without missing a single file. Kudos to Richard & Tristin.

I have disaasambled my screen and battery of my laptop to ask for placing orders of replacement. There are model number, S/N and all enough information back of screen and battery to search on Google. I have experience before. But now there is less source to find replacement of my old model. However the man at front desk still requested me to leave my laptop and power cable overnight because they could not order parts for individuals.

They emphasize they're responsible for returning and replacement if items are incompatible. I could not recommend them unless you completely trust them and willing to wait for at least a week without laptop.

Went to Bellevue Computers to get my desktop PC working for the school year. My knowledge of computer stuff is pretty trivial especially compared to the people at Bellevue. Everyone their was extremely helpful and I felt like they cared about my problems. After a few days we finally got all of the problems figured out. A lil pricey but I couldn't have figured it out myself.

My laptop crashed on Thursday night. I got it in to Bellevue Computer on Friday afternoon. It needed a new hard drive. They said it would take until Monday or Tuesday, but I got it back on Saturday afternoon! I thank everyone at Bellevue who fielded all my phone calls in regard to various aspects of the repair. With no public access (the library, etc.) to computers because of COVID-19, I really needed to get it fixed ASAP, and Bellevue more than succeeded in doing that. Thanks especially to Tristan who found a very important missing folder on the old hard drive! I definitely recommend them and will go there again if I have future needs.

I have a gaming pc that i use for gaming and streaming on twitch. I ran into a problem that i wasnt able to fix on my own so i talked to Chris at Bellevue. I was able to take my PC down right then and drop it off. Chris called me multiple times throughout the day to keep me updated on what he was finding. His innital diagnosis was that my CPU was overheating so we replaced some hardware.

He constantly made sure i wasn't overspending on stuff i didnt need. I took my pc home (less than 24 hours later) and it looked great! I booted it up and to my dismay (although the temps were really great) the original problem that i took it in for still remained. I called and asked for Chris and explained to him that he did a great job, but the problem was still there.

He didn't make me feel like a bother at all and for the next few hours we did back and forth phone calls while i sent him some of my dump files and he analyzed them. We fixed my problem! (and it was a WEIRD problem so i KNOW he knows his sh*t) All in all i had a really amazing experience with Bellevue. The guy at the front desk (I think his name is Richard) isn't the perkiest guy you'll ever talk to, but he's a nice guy too. Chris if you're reading this, you're a lifesaver!

Needed to replace a computer today. They had a pre-built machine perfect for my office. It works like a charm and had everything up and running quickly.

I have repeatedly gone back to Bellevue Computer for my computer needs. My business and income depends on having a reliable computer. Richard and the staff at Bellevue have always been super helpful and responsive, diagnosing and fixing the issues quickly, communicating well and getting me back in action. It is wonderful to have such a reliable and local resource here in Corvallis.

Not a terrible experience when I stopped by to buy a GTX 1060 6GB and some other random stuff (WiFi card, etc). It was marked up a good 15-25%. I still bought it because I was tired of driving around and just wanted to go home - but I definitely kept a mental note of this for future reference. The younger guy with a ponytail was eager to help and chat, a good guy.

The elder gentleman on the other hand has not given me the best vibes the few times I've been in there. I felt like I was there on his time and it was more of a 'self-service, don't ask me too much' kind of deal. You're much better off using Amazon or taking the trip to Frys Electronics where they have competitive pricing (and they will price-match any reputable store with the same product for sale onl

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They said I needed a new computer, and other, related items, because none of what I had was fixable (although I paid plenty to have them not fix it). I later found that the problems WERE fixable, and that even I could correct the problems. In addition, not long after the warranty expired on the computer (Lenovo), myriad problems emerged, and it may be ruined, although it has been used only for a few programs and functions. So, this business "screwed" me twice: By charging, but not fixing, anything; and then, by selling me products I didn't need and which have serious problems. I've just typed & posted this review on my old (2004) computer, because the "new" one is unusable. Bellevue is either incompetent, dishonest, or both, which is not what one wants when seeking computer repair & assistance.

Have used Bellevue's service for serval years now, their estimates are usually within a couple of dollars of the amount quoted. Have found the staff friendly and helpful, they will answer technical question in the shop or over the phone. They provide the customer with several price options and levels/degrees of the parts or repairs discussed.

Have found that their overall prices on parts (cables, stand alone drives, etc.) to be about the same or less than some other outlets or computer maintenance shops. Would recommend their services to friends and family if they needed their services.

Stellar repair service, great staff. You can't go wrong. Don't go anywhere else.
