Oscar did the best job fixing my laptop! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! From the drop off to the pick up and the communication between it was a very pleasant, easy and quick repair. If you ever need any electronics fixed, this is the place to go!

For $65 I learned that I know as much about old PCs as a computer expert. All the tech did was to repeat back to me what I suspected was wrong in the first place. Their solution was also the same as mine: To get a new PC. I would have done better to put that $65 towards a new PC because the adjustable plastic CPU cooler platform is now missing from my case. But don't get me wrong; it was a learning experience: If you know absolutely nothing about computers, then this is the place to go.

I was happy to find this great place! Service is outstanding. An excellent employee named Javier helped to expedite the repair of my old OSX dinosaur, while keeping me updated on its progress. It runs like new now. Also very reasonable! Highly recommend.

Quick Fix is awesome! Came in with a Dell laptop that had audio/speaker issues. They identified the problem with a free diagnostic examination and then repaired my laptop the next day! Thank you, Quick Fix! Highly recommend.

Once again, I took my laptop in because I couldn't figure it out on my own. Everyone is fabulous. I met Zach behind the counter. I told him my problem. I felt stupid not being able to figure it out, but Zach was kind, patient, and knew what to do. He stayed with me and helped implement the "quick fix." Service and attitude us is important. Zach did a phenomenal job. Yes, I recommend Quick Fix.

I had a minor laptop issue where the charger's tip broke off and was stuck in the charging port. As I didn't have the right tool to try to pull out, I sought out for a place via Google map, which had a very nice reviews. Just returned from the place where I went through the check-in upon which Jim took the laptop to figure out how to get it out. Well, less than 5 mins thereafter, Jim came as he was successful in getting it out.

I was happy and wanted to pay as appropriate. He said it didn't take anything special and thus will not not charge anything. The positive/good comments of other reviews are true. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my IT products for repair here! Thanks Jim.

Very professional and responsive. Oscar replaced a screen for my laptop and the new screen was defective so he replaced it a second time for no extra fee. They know what they're doing and give you the price up front after diagnosis too which is a nice bonus.

My MacBook battery needed replacing, and after seeing videos on how much work it is to get at and unglue, I decided to have a professional do it. They have a website that makes it easy to create and monitor your repair ticket. After payment, the ordered the battery that took a few days to come in. I dropped my Mac off in the morning and it was ready to pick up after lunch.

Perfectly done and only out of commission for a few hours. The people there were very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!
