Crc does everything better. If you need something done right, trust crc. I have had computer work done by CRC 4 times. They always impress me. They are extremely professional with their work and have high standards. CRC is consistent. If you are tired of geek squads inconsistency then give crc a try. You won't regret and you'll pay happily.

Best computer repair experience I've ever had. They removed a lot of water damage from my Macbook Air, and replaced the failing battery for a very reasonable price. The computer worked great after that except the new battery wouldn't charge, so I brought it back in. They replaced it again and also replaced the I/O board, all in an effort to determine the cause of the problem and all considered warranty repair so there was no cost. Finally, when it still wouldn't charge they explained it was likely the logic board which is a very expensive repair.

They said they could replace it, but given the cost, it's better to invest in a new laptop which was a really honest recommendation. But they salvaged the Macbook Air. Considering how much water was spilled on it, coming away with only a very slowly-charging battery is about as fortunate as it can get. All in all, they were very thorough, honest and the amount of time they spent trying to repair my Macbook Air was much appreciated, since a lot of the labor and parts were warranty.

They called me regularly to update me on the job before replacing any part and making a recommendation. I'd bring any computer you need fixed to this location. They also offer military discounts. Although I didn't need it, they also do data recovery. Definitely deal with these guys before you send your computer in for service.

CRC has been the IT company for our church for several years. We always appreciate their quick response to calls, honest opinions and how they help us work in our budget. Our tech has become our friend and knows our individual needs and what will work best for each staff member.

Have used CRC twice: once for an authorized Mac repair and once for my ASUS laptop (would not power on). Both were fixed in 5 business days. The Mac was covered by Apple and the ASUS, which needed an expensive motherboard, was repaired at a reasonable price. Positive experiences overall and will definitely return to CRC again!

I live in Texas and own/rent a condo in Mirimar Beach, Florida (Destin). The modem broke on a the weekend new guests arrived. I worked with Cox (my internet provider) to determine which Modem to purchase. I called the local Best Buy to purchase a new modem. My guest picked up the new modem and installed it. The modem did not function properly until we called Cox on Monday.

This did not fix the problem for WiFi in the condo. I called CRC Data Technologies early Tuesday morning and they immediately dispatched a quality technician to my condo to setup the modem to interface with the router. All is well now and I'm happy, my guest is happy. CRC Data Technologies is a quality service provider and I will use them again when I have a need.

This is the best technology repair company I have ever experienced. The staff are amazing! Dennis is at my workplace quite frequently and always has a great attitude and is so friendly. Scott has handled some personal repairs for me and I am so impressed. I completely trust CRC and will continue to bring my equipment to them for repair. Thank you guys, you are fantastic! These guys are awesome. They are always courteous, patient, and helpful. Their prices are fair. We'll be doing business with them again.

I was passing through here for vacation with crack i-Phone and they sayd they can't fix it eventhou their website say they're "authorized". I know they just DON'T WANT TO FIX IT, probably because they descriminate, idk. Glad I don't like in this brain dead city. In Cleveland, there's dozens of places to get your phone fixed.

Do yourself a favor and take or ship your Apple product to the nearest Apple Store for repair. Steer clear of CRC Data Tech. CRC diagnosed my computer with a failed component and assured me it was worth fixing. I spent $248.04 on that repair and within 1 week my computer was crashing at least once every day. I called Apple Care and they advised me to return it to CRC Data Tech. Upon returning my computer to CRC Data Tech they could not diagnose the problem and wanted another $250.00 to change a different component. No, thank you, I've had enough.

I took my "dead" computer to the counter and told Ashley what the problem was. She explained to me my options, and made recommendations. When I expressed concern about the the cost because I am on a very limited budget, she made further suggestions. They were able to repair my computer for me with only one hour charge. I took my first computer up to CRC to get it looked at and upgraded. They did a quick fix up and an awesome job. They recommended a new case and pulled my hardware out of the old case. It gave me more room to work with and a secondary hard drive to access. The price was phenomenal for what they did for me. I would highly suggest them to anyone.
