This company knows a thing about service! I bought a prebuilt gaming pc from newegg and it came with 1 m.2 harddrive. Today I decided to add a second (my motherboard comes with 2 slots) so I picked one up from bestbuy. Went to install and the motherboard didn't have the m.2 spacer screw required for install and nor did the new m.2 harddrive. Called around to 5+ stores including bestbuy and no one had them in stock. Called this place and they said they had them.

I stopped by and they just gave them to me. Literally just gave them to me. I've never purchased anything from them.ever! And they literally just gave me the little screws for free. Such a small gesture but means so much. I was looking forward to installing the second drive and playing some games tonight but I was about to have to get some on amazon and wait a few days for that. Now I can continue on and start gaming again tonight . I'll definitely come here for any computer repair needs and recommend them to anyone!

I had problems with my business emails because they had been hacked. Austin with Computer CPR could not have been more helpful. I felt I was in good hands. Problem was solved! I highly recommend Computer CPR. They are top-notch!

After cracking the screen on my new laptop I wasn't sure what to do. Next time I have a computer issue I know exactly what to do. This location of Computer CPR had a very friendly face up front, Susan, and great professionals working on my machine. Most importantly they valued my time. We have 3 computers at our shop. 9/25/2019 Computer CPR came out to install antivirus on 3 computers & back up on 2 annually for $2289.49. They also installed software so they could remote in if we had any problems. 4/1/2020 Our computers stopped working. The technician came out & diagnosed a bad firewall & replaced it for $1568.54 6/24/2020 Dispatch computer not working.

They diagnosed a bad hard drive & replaced it $441.66 6/29/2020 Office Manager's computer not working. Keep in mind you have to bring the computer to them. Wait for diagnosis & repair. Then go pick it up. We needed that computer immediately so opted for a new tower for $1838.09. Be sure to ask for your old one back because they keep it if you don't. 9/22/2020 Server stopped working.

Same situation of immediate need so opted for a new tower $1989.64 Started getting a little suspicious - 3 computers go out in one year? That's never happened in the 22 years we've been in business so I decided to decline to renew the annual plan. We researched & found the programs we used had backup included & we went with Norton for anti-virus. 9/29/2020 I informed Aaron that we would not be renewing.

He said he would be uninstalling the software from his end. 10/1/2020 We have no network & no internet. I call another company to come out & he finds the "Sonic Wall router was locked out due to someone completely disabling web access." He had to reset the router back to factory & rebuild the network from scratch. He also removed all "back door" links from previous company. Edit - the server was replaced in March of 2016

We've used Computer CPR for quite some time now, and won't trust our computers to anyone else! They have always provided stellar customer service, in the most prompt way, and the pricing is exceptional reasonable. It doesn't matter if we have a networking issue that can be resolved over the phone or building a new workstation designed specifically for us (and they have built 2 wonderful systems), they always deliver!

The team at Computer CPR is terrific and they have always provided so much information and great customer service. Their knowledge on different machines I've brought in has always been able to fix my issues. Great to work with!

After my MAC died I bought a computer from Computer CPR! The communication was spot on! I'm so glad my MAC died because I have a better more efficient computer! Always happy to support local! The service and quality of product is so much better!

Nathan was a big help completing a custom gaming computer build that I had been unable to finish myself. He got to it right away, worked with all my specific OS requests, and got my machine back to me in less than 48 hours. He was very helpful and prompt answering my final follow up questions, too. This is superior-quality work and service with good pricing.

Michael Young/Computer CPR has been handling ALL our company, and personal, IT issues pretty much since he formed his company. We have referred him to both business associates and our personal friends and he has never let us down. I can't imagine having to call anyone else regarding my computer/network needs!

The guy that I was dealing with was a pure asshole. I booked a 15 min free checkup and when I went to take my laptop in the gut didn't want to do the check up because he had 20 computers to fix, but why have me book if they were too backed up. So I don't recommend this place.

I took my Acer laptop computer in for a repair. I simply tripped on my power cord and my laptop slid off my deck and dropped 30to the floor right on top the power switch where you charge the computer. The computer worked fine, but the USB power jack wasn't working and once the charged battery was exhausted the laptop stopped. Then I realized, even if I plugged it in it would not power up, so the jack had to be replaced or it was dislodged.

Any way it had to be fixed. They charge a reasonable diagnostic fee of about $70 to check it out and they use that fee towards the repair priced. They appear to be friendly and knowledgeable and the business is close by and I gave them my trust as I'm not a computer person and they understood my concerns. They have been at the location only a few months. They had it up and running for over the weekend. The repair is reasonable. I still having battery charging problem. but that still has to be determined.

Awesome Service! My laptop is BACK!. My laptop was super slow, popping up virus warnings every few seconds. Was even not able to browse internet when I called Computer CPR. They arrived on time and told me my laptop fan was not working. Later, the laptop was debugged, viruses gone. Happy with the service.
