On-Site Computer Solutions, Inc. was started in 1988 in Fort Worth, Texas. While working for Toys "R" Us, our founder also began offering in-home computer services to those purchasing computers from the store where he worked. He charged $12 per hour! The first corporate customer was a husband and wife team selling swimming pool parts from their garage.

Our company is rather large. We have 300+ employees across several locations and out staff IT is pretty good. However, we needed some "top end" IT support for a large project we have and On-Site was one of the bidders. Let me tell you, when these guys showed up, we knew from the moment we met them that this was the company we wanted! We never felt belittled or talked down to.

We just hired these guys for our insurance offices here in Houston and in Austin and WOW! They are really good. OnSite is probably the first IT company I've ever worked with that I feel like I can really trust. Their staff is top end. Their support is simply unmatched. Between our two offices, we have over 100 employees and OnSite supports them like nothing I've ever seen. You just can't go wrong here. Trustworthy, honest, dependable and super good at what they do.

We have been using On-Site for over 10 years at our uniform company, our dry cleaners and now at our new linens company. On-Site is clearly the best IT support company you can find. Their staff is competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable. When we call, we talk to a person who always asks how we are doing and what they can do to help.
