Recently I had an issue with a remote in from a scam artist that should not have happened. I contacted Mr. Kahn and he immediately returned my call and did a remote login and checked to make sure I didn't have any trojans or backdoor viruses on my computer. His immediate response to my situation gave me the peace of mind I needed and had there been a problem I know Mr. Kahn would have taken care of it ASAP! You cannot go wrong with Kahnnect IT!

I killed my old computer by accidentally spilling coffee on it. I got a new one and called Lou. He was recommended by a friend who was happy with not only his service but also with his fees.
