The Basic Maintenance Plan is a comprehensive annual service package that allows a Home PC Patrol technical specialist to perform scheduled maintenance on your PC on a quarterly basis for a total of four maintenance visits each year. Every 90 days, Home PC Patrol will perform a complete operating system service, network diagnostic & optimization, as well as peripheral set-up & installation if needed.
Home PC Patrol offers comprehensive, full service, maintenance plans to both business and residential customers. Our maintenance plans allow clients who subscribe to the service to receive regularly scheduled maintenance from a skilled technician every 120 days. This insures that our clients computer systems and networks operate at peak performance at all times at a cost that is often less than a single service from many of the companies in the computer service industry.Home PC Patrol offers two maintenance plan packages; the Basic Maintenance Plan and the Advanced Maintenance Plan.
