A long weekend in New York kept Q very busy. He snacked on NY style pizza at Sal's in Brooklyn, rode the train, and even discovered that there was a subway line named after him! Seeing the Manhatten skyline from the 45th floor of a skyscraper was amazing. Who knew trees were so short!?! Times Square, the Empire State Building, and the bustle of the city caused a lot of chatter.

This is the 3rd company that I've been with that has used QualityIP or I brought their services to the company I work for. Ryan Markham and his team are very knowledgeable, fair, and honest. They have improved our company's IT infrastructure tremendously since I brought them on, doing it in stages to keep in mind our cash flow needs. In particular, Jeffrey Darby has led this effort and done a solid job. I would recommend QualityIP to anyone looking to outsource and decrease their IT cost while improving their IT service.

Our company has been a client of Quality IP for approximately 7 years. In that time, security measures, automation and efficiencies have been introduced into our environment to safely protect our data and equipment. QIP currently monitors over 70 pc's/servers in our network and they always recommend better ways to move forward. They have been very instrumental in the past two years with regards to moving the company with a more on-line work space to enable everyone to work remotely.

I am not having any luck getting real service. Two of my last three service tickets i fixed the issue myself after bieng told that there was no way to fix it. They remote onto my computer and ran unlicensed software on two occasions. Since they are using trial or free software, they can only detect the issues. Then they leave after telling what the problem is and I have to do the work to fix it.
The last ticket they used a trial version of a program Ccleaner that is listed as Spyware and left it installed on my computer. Overall just very poor understanding of me as a customer.
