Key Computer Solutions, LLC was founded in March of 2002. Providing computer repair services to residential customers and building a small business base in the Pickerington and Reynoldsburg Ohio area. In January of 2007 the computer services were expanded to provide a broader range of support offerings. In addition to computer break-fix repair we also have experience and knowledge in software installation, data backup and data transfer services, wired and wireless networking, server maintenance, remote access, and Apple computer services.

Hourly Report

Have you ever spent hours on the phone with tech support only to be told that they can't help you after all? Have you purchased some new gadget that said it was easy to install then spent an entire weekend trying to figure out how to get it to work? Do you want to buy a new computer but don't because you are afraid you'll lose everything on your old computer?

Pickup Report

From time to time we encounter a problem that can not be resolved during the initial call. Perhaps the customer does not have proper equipment or media. Maybe the repair requires a part that is not locally available and has to be ordered. We have developed a flat fee to cover a two trip service event which includes pickup, delivery and all work performed off-site.

Remote Support Report

Key Computer Solutions is able to offer remote support. In order to receive help remotely you must first have a working computer with internet access. As long as your computer is able to get online you may schedule a remote session with the technician. Call us at (614) 338-5619. Once a remote support session has been confirmed the technician will contact you at the appointed time via the phone number you provided.
