We were forced to obtain this internet through our apartment complex. It has been out at least 3 times in 5 months. Twice 2 days. When you call their customer service it just says "outage in our area. Working on it. No estimated time" very inconvenient to say the least.

When we first signed on with Axia, we had some installation and function problems. I have since received a call from Josh as well as followup from a trainer and a check-in from the salesman to try to sort things out. I was also issued a partial refund of the prepaid service to compensate us for some time and malfunction. Most encouraging was that Josh's call indicated he had extensively reviewed our account and communication during the purchase, ordering, and setup process.

He had obviously dissected down the issues. I am impressed that he offered solutions and not excuses. If the service continues in a positive manner from here, it will be appropriate for me to upgrade the review. They did followup and the system is now working without trouble. Final edit: 5 mo into service, all is working consistently and Axia showed us they solve their problems. Thanks!
