Been shopping here for all my computer needs for over 2 years now, probably more, and they never fail to help. You can find anything at this store and the technicians are terrific. Turn around time amazing. They are honest and polite. Can't beat this place! This is the best store we have in Western Mass!

This place used to be good 10-15 years ago but has gone down hill in recent years. This time they did a poor job of diagnosing what was wrong with my laptop and said it has a faulty motherboard and is useless and quoted me 500-800 dollars to have it replaced. I had a service technician from dell have a look at it, and he fixed the computer within 20 minutes since the charging port was faulty.

Critical: Professionalism The website claims they are a Dell partner and they are not, this is false advertising. I called asking for a replacement charging adapter for my inspiring, they told me they had the when I got there they tried to fit a variety of junk adapters they claimed were new and were selling for 40.00 to my laptop.

I have owned computers since there inception in the 1980's so I have some knowledge as to how they work. I found them to be rude, abrasive, arrogant and condescending. They treated me like I just fell of the cabbage truck. I see no reason to use them. Their prices are at the top of the market and there are lots of other places to go that don't have a chip on their nerdy shoulder.

My computer was riddled with viruses. I mean CRAZY! I dropped of my computer at Cyber Exchange after calling around to different places for quotes. Their prices were THE BEST and I could tell by the phone conversation that they know what they are doing. Other places quoted 2-3 times as much and one needed to ask someone else like they had never done it before! $85 later and a one day repair, boom!
All better! The only downfall is the repair guy isn't there everyday so I was without my computer for a day and a half, but SO worth it because it was done by noon on the day he was there.

Very poor customer service after the sale. Apple's motto is "surprise and delight" Cyber Exchange's motto must be "It's your problem. We don't give a $%!t" I bought a $50 replacement MagSafe power adapter from them 8 months ago. It broke in less than 4 months and was exchanged. The replacement broke again in the same amount of time. (my other magsafes each lasted several years) The clerks response was " I have never had a problem with those after market cables, **BUT WE ONLY SELL AUTHENTIC APPLE CABLES NOW**" So they switched manufacturers and stopped selling a product that NEVER had an issue? Why?
What actually happened is they were selling a low quality product and would rather dump the problem onto the customer then admitting their mistake. Shop elsewhere unless you have money to throw away.

I wish I could give negative stars. I brought my computer down to be fixed yesterday, I received a phone call today saying the problem could be fixed for 180.00. I was at work, so I gave him the go ahead and told the man I would pick it up tonight. I got home with my computer, plugged it in, and the problem wasn't fixed. Now I have a brand new hard drive for my computer, when that wasn't even the problem, so I tried to call, and of course they do not have a working answering machine.
Now I need to go back down tomorrow at closing time when I get off from work to drop my computer off again, demand a refund and the problem be fixed. I suspect now I will not have a computer for my weekend off, nor Christmas. ***Update**** I brought my computer down the next day and informed the man in charge that the issue was not only still present, but worse than before.
He told us "Sorry the Tech guy isn't here every day, come back tomorrow". So we left the computer there, and we received a phone call the next day saying "There is no problem it runs fine for us, we will not refund your money, come and pick it up when you are able." We will NEVER be returning to this poor excuse of an establishment. $180 ripped off with no work done, hopefully the BBB can help us resolve this as they will not work with their customers.

Went for Laptop LCD replacement They didn't touch my hard drive or do any unnecessary things with it, like software diagnostics etc. Cost around $200 total including parts and labor. There was a small amount of chipping where they had to get to the screws but otherwise they did a nice job. took about a week too. Also I bought a used laptop case for a really reasonable price.
