Incredible customer service and value. Like many others I contacted Certified Computer Systems based on the excellent reviews and was not disappointed! I had been having BSOD errors on my PC for over a year and was ready to pull my hair out! Michael is extremely knowledgeable and honest, which can be hard to come by in this business; I told him what was going on and he gave me my options over a single phone call.

After analyzing my log files he pinpointed exactly what pieces of hardware could be causing it and gave me sound advice on the cheapest course of action. I had a broken laptop screen. I contacted Certified Computer Systems about getting it fixed. My options for fixing or replacing the screen were clearly explained, along with the cost for those options. I ended up dropping my laptop off on a Tuesday and getting it back the next day with a "new" previously enjoyed screen. A one day turn around was not guaranteed, but because of the availability of parts it worked out that way. If I need a system repaired, or if someone asked me if I knew of a computer repair service, I would have no reservations about recommending this one.
