I paid for his service to have crazy claims like "can smell bugs in psu" when everything was brand new. he told me my graphics card was the issue but as I suspected it was the bios, Anyways I got a new motherboard and the graphics card works with 0 problems! I also noticed a few missing screws out of my sad mount and he claimed to of put a speaker on it but I couldn't find one when I was looking for it. I seriously wasted my time and could of saved days if I just did it myself.

I wish I could give zero stars. Not sure how there are all these good reviews, I think it's because it's such a small town and everyone knows everyone and there are are literally no other places to get your computer fixed. But they don't really do that at Gray Computers because mine is still not fully operational. Joe got paid for services that he didn't render and took weeks to even get to that point.
After 4 failed attempts to do what he was already paid to do and changing the agreed upon deadline EVERY TIME (seems that's what he does bc when I was there, they were telling another customer their laptop wasn't ready yet.) I have lived here a while and I know this for what it is: he gets away with it because there are no standards to rise to when you're the only person in town.
He actually told me to go to someone else and have them fix it as though it were acceptable after he'd already been paid. This isn't how normal business in the rest of the world is conducted. They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Really what Joe's problem is is that he didn't know how to do something he said he could, was called out on it by a paying customer and he chose to be aggressive and make gender based insults instead of be an adult about it. Finally, my computer is still not working properly and he has been paid. He has my address on file and so that's why this review is incognito. This business is weird. Go somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.

Anytime I have a problem, Joe is happy to help! You never feel rushed and will have everything explained to you where you can understand what is going on, he has always been super honest and telling me the most cost efficient way to fix something! He has never tried to sell us something we dont need. We enjoy going in and chatting and playing with the sweet fur baby on staff
