Came in to see what was wrong with my new PC, I called first thing at 8 am this morning and Sophia answered my call, assured me she would assist me with my concerns, and would do everything she could to help me with my new gaming PC. After about 30-40 minutes of diagnostics we realized the bios simply needed to updated. I am so thankful for the help and them explaining what was going on. If you're wondering where to go for you'd PC problems, go to network monkeys and ask for Sophia!

Grrrreat people! Some how my password got messed up that I had on my laptop for years!(Charlie used it by himself for a few days. Mystery solved)I had no idea how or what he did. So I was locked completely out. Everyone told me I had to wipe it out to reset the password. I called Network Monkeys and they took the password OFF completely for me. I didn't loose many YEARS worth of pictures.
Didn't loose nothing at all. Great folks and Price's are very very affordable. $35.00 saved everything! If I ever have trouble I'll go here first and not try to fix it myself.

Absolutely love coming here. I did an internship here throughout highschool and in doing so, I learned more in 8 hours than I did all year long about computers. The staff is nice and knowledgeable on the technologies they are working with. They are always willing to work with the customer and explain to them in-depth what is best for their situation.

Took almost 2 weeks to get a hard drive. My appointment for in home network help never happened because the laptop was not repaired in time for a very important presentation. Too many phone calls with not enough answers. And the cost was high. Since getting the laptop back, it wont charge correctly and the keyboard wouldn't work correctly. Wont be going back. Trashing laptop and starting new. Disappointed.

I have taken my iMac here for a few different reasons and I have always ALWAYS been pleased with the turn around, service provided and the customer service. I've been using these guys for a while - back when they were still downtown and I will continue to do so thanks to such great service. Thanks to all you monkeys!

The young guy was incredibly helpful and friendly. They had what I needed and the prices seem reasonable for convenience. I called them the day before I stopped in, I think the same young guy answered. Good phone etiquette, and was able to help me resolve my issue without leaving my living room. These dudes are quirky.

I can write pages and pages of reasons NEVER to take your Apple computer there but here are just a few: I was told my computer will be fixed in 2 days, it took them 35 days. I left it there on Wednesday got a call on Friday to tell me that I can come and pick it up first thing Monday, I drove 2 hours to pick it up to be told that the computer is not fixed and "we thought someone called you to tell you"!
I got the computer one month later. I was told initially the bill will be around $350, with me paying for HD (since I needed the data I lost) but they ended up replacing the HD in warranty (I was supposed to pay $169 for HD) but my bill ended up still $350! I told them that is too much and they ended up charging $299. That was still more than I was inititally told.
I was constantly lied to by getting a call on "we are copying your files and finishing up" to get a call two days later "I am having trouble installing the system". Some parts were replaced and I turned the computer on in the store to see if all look right. Little did I know that I should have spent all day there checking things, because when I got home I learned that apps are constantly crashing (not the case before it broke down) and that my internal mic is not working. Yup, I can't use Skype of any of the apps that need voice, so now I have to take it to be fixed again! Simply, do not use their service, take your computer to the APple store even if it is too far away.

This review is for Mac users. I don't know how well they repair PC's, but they don't know how to repair iMacs. They had my Mac for 2 weeks and finally told me that a certain piece of software was preventing them from running tests. That is ridiculous! Tests should be run the first couple of days, not 2 weeks later. So I will bring my iMac home, uninstall the suspect software (I gave them permission to delete it, but they refused), and then take it to the Apple store in Savannah to have it properly repaired.
