Total Computer Solutions has been my go to firm since 2005. They have repaired, rebuilt and built computers for my family. I have moved Texas and they still provide same great service fixing remotely 99.9% of issues. They monitor my internet and computer security updates of software in addition to all the other.

I have called for support several times over the last few days. Derek and Mike have been very helpful in trying to find the best resolution to my laptop issue. I had to be the middle person between me and the company and they made it pretty easy. We will be scheduling the work this week and hopefully the fix is just as good as the diagnostics.

I had an apple computer for 10 years that I loved but needed more memory and speed. After looking at what that would cost me from Apple, I asked Computer Solutions to make me a computer that would meet those needs, but would not have things I just didn't need to keep the cost down. I am happy with the computer and all of the support they have given me for many years.

Wifes Apple Computer finally gave up and was subsequently replaced. Unfortunately, thousands of photos were lost in the process and deemed unretrievable as indicated by computer gurus. I took the old mac pro to TCS who ultimately found and retrieved these precious memories. Total Computer Solutions is a great business with superior expertise, friendly service, and fair prices. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any computer related issues or concerns. I won't go anywhere else.

Called Total Computer Solutions and explained problems with laptop. It was almost closing time and I was close to 1/2 hour away. though it was my first time calling they told me I could come right on, without me even asking. Very professional and COURTEOUS, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained their fees and stuck by them. Also was on the lower price range of computer repair shops I called., always a major plus. Offered some type of yearly package deal but was not pushy.
It was ready within time frame given. I wish I remembered tech's name but he was great. and all of the above. Have had no problem with laptop since i picked it up. I would definitely use them again but hopefully will not need to.
