Our office hours are currently the same, however we do recommend that customers that are coming in to please have a mask on. If you do not want to come in please call us ahead of time, so you can leave your computer at the front door. Backups: The most important thing a computer user can do to prevent catastrophe. Your hard drive may not fail today or tomorrow, but it will fail, guaranteed.

No worries, the hard drive is easily replaced, but not so your data. We recommend using external hard drives for backup of all of your data, as well as an image of everything on your computer.

We provide in shop service where you may bring your computer in and have it repaired or on site service where we come to you! We also will fix things most places would tell you to replace. Audio ports for example can be wired or soldered to the motherboard, rather than get a new board we can replace or solder a new port to the board. Contact us for specialized jobs.

They told me over the phone that they were Mac experts. Jeff was in a hurry to take my computer out of the car as he told me his rate was $90/hr. I was there 20 minutes, most of which he on the phone. I knew more about Macs than this "expert". He asked if $10 was fair, I left it on the counter. Fair would have been for him to pay me. Good grief! Avoid this hack!

Staff on the phone was very nice, explained they could do software repairs and a bit of hardware repair like soldering or port replacement but don't have spare parts to perform BIOS updates on motherboards
