I took the computer in for a repair. The $20 estimate turned into a $45 estimate (took them almost to two weeks to tell us what the issue was). I find it very hard to believe that the part needed is only made by one company and out of Germany! Maybe you might have better luck than myself but I'm out on this one!

Just had my computer fixed by them! It took no time at all and I got my computer back within a couple days! Friendly people and very helpful, I definitely recommend them. They are also very affordable, which I appreciate as a student. Great place!

I wanted to give them outstanding recommendation for excellent phone support. That's great customer service in my opinion.
