I couldn't ask for better service. Our electrical service went out and so did our main computer. I looked on Google for someone who could fix it. I called Gordon and he came over when he was supposed to. He was able to save all of the data and had it running faster than it ever has. I definitely would use him again and recommend him to a friend.

Prompt and reasonable price. Quick service. Last time I had service from Best Buy and it took a couple of weeks. The Computer Guy had the repair done the very next day. He came and picked up the computer and brought it back when the repair was done, hooked it up and set everything up. I would recommend this service.

Called on a Saturday morning to buy a refurbished computer to replace my old computer and he arrived in the afternoon despite a snowstorm. The Computer Guy brought 4 PCs to my house and installed the one I liked the most, transferred the data from my old PC to the new one, installed my printer and got us up and running on the internet. I'd recommend the Computer Guy to anyone who wants to replace their old, slow computer with a newer, faster one.

If i could give less stars i would. Owner was rude and kept asking for more money and took two months before i got my computer back when i was rold one week I ended having to pay 1200 on a job that he quotex as 200. The reviews that are good for this man must have been posted by him or his family because i know of three people to use his services and none were given good or even average service Avoid at all cost even if u have to go out of statw.

Owner is rude and silly acting. I called about purchasing a power supply for a Dell Inspiron desktop. He asks is it a mini or regular-sized computer. I tell him it's regular size. He says then he has it because it's a generic power supply. I tell him I'm coming to get one. He asks where am I coming to. I quote the address listed on the internet. He tells me he is not there and that is not his address.
I tell him the address is listed on the internet, and the address on the internet should be correct. He tells me it is correct on his advertising. I ask him how can I get the part. He says all I do house calls. I tell him I don't need a house call I just need the power supply. Finally fed up I just told him to have a nice day. A business course would help this guy tremendously. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
