I always go to this store for all my mailing needs. Store is clean, well kept, organized and has some other gift items to choose from to send to my loved ones. The store staff/manager/owners are very friendly! I always have a fun conversation with them. They provide excellent customer service and very very accommodating. It was almost closing time when I came and they were kind enough to provide service to me. Thank you for the great service always!

I called Postal Annex this morning (8/09/21) to inquire about a particular carrier's pick up time at their location as I needed a package to go out today. To my surprise, a toddler answered the phone. An adult finally got on the phone but did not have a pleasant greeting nor did she apologize for a child answering a business line. Due to the unprofessionalism, I didn't trust my package would be mailed accurately so I drove out of the way to Granite Bay Postal instead.

Really was satisfied with all the employees at this location. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Person who attended me multiple times is Ana. She really knows how to properly attend and assist with what we need. This location never fails me. Great job!

Poor customer service and clearly the woman working here, Ablah only cares about sitting on her behind all day instead of offering quality customer service. Very rude and unprofessional!

I have been to this location many times as it's right down the street from my house. I normally do not comment but the last few times I have been in the curly haired woman behind the counter does not acknowledge you, or give any sort of reply during or at the end of the transaction. She merely hands you a receipt after having to ask for it, With absolutely no acknowledgment. Not a people person whatsoever! Just my two cents

If I could give them no stars I would, went in to mail something time sensitive to DMV and the guy gave as a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope, weighed it, then proceeded to tell us we needed two stamps. Placed two stamps on envelope thinking this guy knows what he is talking about. Well I was wrong, one day later the mail was sent back to us. Very disappointing. You would think someone who works at a postal service store would know what they were doing.

My father and I visited Tuesday morning to pick up a U-Haul truck. Ana was working and she was very polite and professional on how to proceed with finalizing all aspects of the rental by cell phone. Everything went smooth and it was very impressive by both entities. We have rented Budget trucks and U-Haul by far was a much better experience! And Ana was very talented at helping multiple customers at once!

Came here for notary and shipping. Ana was friendly, very helpful! Went above and beyond Will come back here again, great service.

Very unhappy customer, requested to ship small envelope overnight and they gave me a quote of $25. Found out next day they shipped it ground now have to wait up to 10 days. Terrible service!

I have been using Postal Annex in Vista (Shadowridge area) for years. The ladies are especially helpful. I have used them for my holiday shipping needs, fax needs, and even rented a Uhaul from them. They are the best! Lisa H

Kris and her staff are amazing! I travel a little bit out of the way to come to this postal annex because of the customer service and the excellent treatment that i receive. You won't find anyone who cares as much as Kris does about her business and making the customer feel important. Thanks Kris for all your help with notary services, scanning and printing.

Easy parking, a lot of services, nice employee (fast, sweet!) even with a sudden surge of customers. The cards are cute inside too. This place was closest for me to send mail after noon on a Saturday and I was worried the prices would be marked up way high, but it was fine ($9.25 flat rate to send a small package via USPS) I'll just keep coming here if it's gonna be this pleasant of an experience! :)

I am so glad I decided to come here! I had a very delicate, tedious print job to do, it was going to take me quit some time to do it. The paperwork is very old from 1909+ and was approx 150 pages of delicate rice paper and very old pages, special handling to keep it from falling apart. I was going to go to Staples but decided to go to the Postal Annex on Sycamore in Vista. Anna was amazing and offered to do the job for me!

I didn't want to leave my priceless print job to just anyone, but she was so careful with it when we were testing the copier to make sure everything was clear that I felt very comfortable having her do it. When I returned, everything was just as I would have hoped for. I am so grateful to have a place where I can take special handling items, or any print job to be cared for. And the new owner Kristine was so nice too. Nice to know that the Postal Annex in Vista is back to a hometown feel!

I have had my mail box here for years and it's a great business! I just got a broken screen on my iPhone fixed and I couldn't be happier! Best price in town and it only took 1 hour. There is a lot to do in this shopping center too! They have a notary service, passport service, mail services and now cell phone screen repair!

I didn't think it would be hard to find bilingual notaries in north county and last minute. I'm so glad I called literally down the list on Yelp. No kidding I called places for about an hour. My last call as this Postal Annex. We flew in 2 minute prior to closing. I felt bad but really needed the documents. Amanda was Great. Very professional, calm, and informative. I'm so glad we came across her. I asked for her card she is also a mobile "bilingual" notary. Highly recommended. Thank you Amanda

Went here and had to get a stack of papers notarized. Kris the new owner was super helpful. I was in and out of there in no time. Had a solid price also. I will use this location for all my annexing needs

Best mailbox place ever. Staff is really friendly and their prices are great. This is my go-to place for all my mail type needs. Great find!

I feel bad for the new owners carrying the burden of the poor ratings on Yelp. I briefly came in to PA yesterday with a friend who needed to ship 3 small packages to three different states. The store looks exactly the same, minus the previous horrible owner Parul, and the scary video camera surveillance TV. The replacements are two very friendly women who had quite the line in front of them but dealt with everything calmly and efficiently.

The prices are much more reasonable now, my friend was only charged about $4.30 for his transactions which I know with full confidence would not have been the case if the old owners were still running the store. Good luck to the new owners! Hope you guys can continue to make a great turn around.

Some good some bad here, justifying a 3 star review. Good: convenient, there's rarely a long line, all the mail I sent has been delivered promptly. They usually have courteous service. Bad: overpriced (simple as that).

Highway robbery. This place is ridiculously expensive to ship anything. $13 for standard mail, letter size envelope weighing 3oz. $22 "medium" size box under 1lb. Standard shipping. I asked if they set their own prices, was told no. (Yeah, right.) One shipment was for business, one was personal. I asked for two separate receipts so I could submit business expense. She printed one and then cut the receipt in half. Lmao. Nice job!

Meh. I came here needing to send things and the guy didn't really help me that much. These places make you pay more but usually they are far more helpful. He also charged me.50 per box I needed some tape on. It was kinda odd because I waited for my receipt and when he didn't provide one I had to ask. He should ask if I want one rather than just let my money sit on a desk.

Draw your own conclusions. I would skip this place and go to another location. Yes, these places cost more than going to the post office but they USUALLY provide great customer service and are less hassle. Skip this place.
