A main server/hard-drive went out in my office during my peak season. Within an hour, Computer Hero came on-site and protected that hard-drive from further damage, recovered the (irreplaceable) data, installed the new server, imported the recovered data, and then made suggestion on how to prevent possible data loss in the future (cloud, mirrored hard-drive, etc).
I figured the bill was going to be upwards of a $1000; especially considering it was an unscheduled, emergency visit. But when I got the bill, it was so low it wasn't even memorable. Thanks Computer Hero! Excited about the Battle Lake branch too as I've got another business in that direction!

I was visiting friends up in the area and developed a problem with my laptop. I can't say enough good about The Computer Hero. My HP laptop was showing the blue screen of death. I took it to another very well known computer service and was told "It's not worth fixing, you need to buy a new one". I called Computer Hero, and, lo and behold, they were able to fix the trouble quickly and I didn't have to cut my visit short.

Very rude lady who answered the phone. Needed 2 GB of ram. Offered a premium and said I had to bring my computer in. Told her it was a phone calling card kiosk I was fixing and she yelled that she won't sell to competitors and hung up. Insanely rude. Tried calling back and offered a premium on the price but was hung up on again. Am not from the area and this was the first job I've had in Fergus falls so thinking I'm some sort of competition is outrageous.

Used them for multiple services. Their response was great, they understood my problem (it was quite complicated, to me, anyhow.) and acted rapidly to expedite a fix. Courteous every step of the way, and prompt. Will definitely be using them again, no questions asked. Already referred other people to them. GREAT JOB!
