The tech was unable to recover my cheap computer after Microsoft crashed it while trying to update Windows 10 recently. He explained to me the short comings of my old computer and helped me decide on a new computer (not purchased through MegaByte). After all his helpful advise he did not charge me for his diagnosis because he could not fix my old piece of junk. Good people!

They totally saved me when I desperately needed a charger for my MacBook Air and were literally the only place in Roseburg that had a selection of Mac chargers. I tried Fred Meyer, Walmart, Staples and despite those places telling me that no one else in town would have the charger I needed, this place did! They were so kind and helpful and without their little shop I would not have been able to do the presentation I was in town to give! Thank you!
