So far not a great impression they never notified they were coming today. Came home to a mess in the yard no note no anything and they put the box on the wrong side of the house. They only note my wife got by email is they were coming sometime this week hmmmmm. We don't even have it hooked up yet. Not a good impression. Finally got a hold of the guy who did the work and he said it was a little muddy sorry for the mess we can come back and fix it if you want us to. Stay tuned

I have experienced many outages. Most have not been long outages but when you have 6 or 7 outages per hour lasting from a couple of minutes to seven or eight minutes each, it makes it tough to use the internet. They did notify us at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, they wouldn't be able to fulfill their promised speed and dropped what they were charging by about 20% per month.
When it works, it's good. I appreciate the lack of data caps. Company is fairly good at responding to questions about outages. I don't bother contacting them anymore as the outages seem to be part of the service and I don't see them addressing the problem anytime soon. I wish I had fiber internet where I live. The internet has been decent for awhile but lately, for a few months now, it constantly is going out-not working at all or being extremely slow to the point it's not worth using. This is very frustrating. We have contacted the company when it first started happening and they said they had outages and were working on it. Which some things are out of their control however it keeps happening and has become a weekly thing. We shouldn't be paying for internet we are not able to use. So we will be looking for other services.

I would go ahead and say this is the best internet provider in the area for most of us but their major downfall is the inconsistency. When it actually works, the speed is great and streaming and gaming is no issue. Working from home and online classes both go smoothly. However, when the internet will randomly cut out, sometimes for a few minutes, other times for hours, it makes it impossible to accomplish or enjoy anything reliant on the internet. Incredibly frustrated right now when our service started off so well.

The pricing is great and so is the service. I don't know if it is just me or if others experience it too but some times my internet goes down for several hours. Some times being it has gone down twice in 3 weeks. I'll do everything I can to get it back up but nothing works! And I hate that I can't get in touch with any one over the weekends.
