The most unreliable fiber service ever and the support is atrocious as well. There is no follow through when support tickets are created. I pay for gig speed and I'm lucky to average 500mbps down.currently at 2mbps slower than dial up.

To the extent that this is the parent company of TotalComm USA, zero stars. Internet outage at Belforest Villas in Daphne for 15 hours with no communication to Customers or resolution. In this day and age, unacceptable.

This company took over for Litstream and have been horrible since they took over. Wi-Fi goes in and out. Currently as this is being typed, we have been without internet for 18 1/2 hours and when you have people working from home, that's a problem. Customer service when I have called hasn't been very helpful either. Not a huge fan right now!

Terrible customer service. Hard to run a business with unreliable internet. I run a medical clinic and have not had a physician phone for months though they installed it and said it should be working! Our patient calls get dropped frequently on other working phones and our internet goes down. After several emails and calls to their service team, we still have the same problems. Though they state they. will get right on it. So frustrating!

I don't leave reviews, but this company is ruining my business. It is hard to operate without working internet or televisions, and unfortunately they are my only option for those services due to a crooked deal they struck with our landlord. Stay far far away.

This company made a deal with me and we agreed to get an enclosed trailer I was suppose to buy as soon as they had the title the next day and the next day I asked if it was still going to happen they said yes and then when I was suppose to get it they said they changed there mind not good business ppl at all don't recommend them to anyone

ZERO STARS. This company provides terrible service and they are ruining my business. I cannot update my website because the server is out of space, and my emails to clients are being blocked as spam. On top of that, I am innundated with INCOMING spam every day and the blacklist/spam filters do not work. They have not responded to repeated phone calls and basically, they suck. DO NOT USE JMF SOLUTIONS.
