I have worked with the staff at C.U.R.E. for several years and can attest they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and have a quick response time to our IT needs. I rely on them heavily and am grateful for their expertise and proficiency, as well as their partnership. I would not even consider looking elsewhere for service. I have been so impressed by the receptionist's friendliness in the past that I sent accolades to her supervisor. Horrible to deal with. I'm a local business owner wanting to use local businesses for my wifi / network needs. The receptionist was very rude, put me in hold to see if they "wanted my business". She returned to the phone to say they did not. I asked if they offered the type of service I was requesting and she said yes, but they didn't want the business right now.
I've never had any past dealings with this business to dictate such an unprofessional response. I guess I won't be doing business with them in the future either. What a joke!

CURE Solutions handles our business IT needs and we are extremely happy with their services. Their employees, from the receptionist to the technicians, are all so professional and truly care about our business needs. CURE solutions really takes care of their customers. No questions are too small and no issues are too large. With over 30 computers in multiple locations, I never even have to think about IT issues anymore. Hiring CURE was one of the best business decisions I made because it allowed all of our personnel to focus on doing their jobs, and allows us to have the IT infrastructure of a much larger company.

The company I work for has been a long time customer of Cure Solutions also. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and we receive great service from Cure, no matter the time or day. We also have job sites in multiple states, and they will gladly travel to those locations if a situation arises. What makes their service special is that we have one Cure employee who is the lead on our system, and has been for many years.
He has become a member of our work family. But the service doesn't stop with him. He is backed by a staff who does their best to solve our problems in a timely and professional manner. We would recommend this team to anyone with IT needs.
